A cardboard chair can be as stable as a bench made out of cement.
Like every other UX design project, the structure is one of the most important parts of the process. This structure consists in the fitting of cardboard laminated pieces which when put together create a solid base for a chair in this case.
This took a lot of physical work and most of the chairs I built in the process did not hold up. But once I found that sweet spot I could even jump on the char and it wouldn't break. It was a fun and iterative project and brilliant assignment idea.
